Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10)

Cohen's Perceived Stress Scale measures not the number of events but how you perceive them: how unpredictable, uncontrollable, and overloaded life has felt over the past month. It is not an objective measure of stress but a subjective feeling — two people in identical conditions can perceive them differently, and it is perception that determines the load on the body.

Before you start
This is not a diagnostic tool, and the scale has no official "cutoff" norms. The result is a comparative assessment of your subjective strain over the past month, not a diagnosis. A high score is a reason to unpack what exactly is overloading you right now and to take care of yourself.
