Psychological Resilience (CD-RISC-10)

The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (short version) measures psychological resilience — the ability to adapt to change, withstand pressure, not give up after setbacks, and recover from illness and hardship. Resilience is not an "iron character" or the absence of pain, but the way you return to balance after a blow. It can be developed.

Before you start
This is a self-assessment of resilience over the past month, not a fixed characteristic. Resilience depends on context — you are resilient in some circumstances and not in others. A low score isn't about "weakness" but about where you can find support right now and what to strengthen.
